PROJECT CONTROLLER

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum SI/Bachelor degree in Telecommunication or Civil Engineering

2. Minimum 4 years experience at the same position in telecommunication industry.

3. Good knowledge of project control methodologies and techniques.

4.  Working knowledge of Contract Management.

5.  Advanced skills and understanding of project management tools, accounting systems and current MS Office products particularly Excel.

6. Responsible, honest, highly motivated, active, challenging, has leadership quality

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Work performed will typically include a combination of activities and/or behaviors exemplified by the following:

1. Maintain the detailed Project Master Schedule baseline for projects and periodically update baseline of the Project Master Schedule as directed.

2. Maintain Project cost estimates and price estimate baselines, and periodically update estimates as directed.

3. Identify and inform the Project Manager where actual or projected deviations from schedule or cost are occurring or likely to have occurred and have impact on the project to initiate corrective action.

4. Assist the development and management of project reporting formats and processes, in coordination with project team members.

5.  Produce reports for the Project Manager for project progress and percentage completed for time, cost and revenue.

6.  Receipt and process contract related documentation within scheduled timeframes, eg design packs, purchase orders, invoices, acceptance certificates, etc. internal in QDC and external to QDC as directed.

7. Coordinate with the Project Administrator to ensure that all contract related documents are controlled and filed.

8.  Compile data to create extension of time (EOT) requests and project variation requests that result from schedule, scope of work and price changes and submit to the Project Manager for action and approval. Maintain records of EOT and variation data.

CME SUPERVISOR

 

General Qualifications :

 

1. Min. D3 preferable in Civil Engineering

2. Having 3 - 4 years experience in erection of steel towers for power transmission and or telecommunication.

 

 

Responsibilities:

·       ErectionTelecommunicationTower  / BTS

·       Site supervising

·       Produce Bill of Quantity (BoQ)

·       Making material order to procurement department based on the approved BoQ

·       Making good relationship with sub-contractor

 

 

Qualifications &Requirements  :

·       Having skill in using equipment such as: theodolit, AVO-tester, grounding tester, fire alarm ME

·       Having Mechanical Electric capability of tower / BTS construction

·       Having management skill, able to organize and supervise a number of multi skilled team

·       Good health willing to climb tower

·       KnowingHSE working at height

·       Responsible, honest, high motivated, active and challenging person

·       Able to work in a team

·       Willing to work hard and under pressure

·        Ready and willing to be posted at all areas in Indonesia

JUNIOR SITEENGINEER

 

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in construction.

2. Have experience in project transmission/stringing/mini hydro/substation/manage service/SCADA

 

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE

1. S1/Bachelor degree, preferable in Electric Power Generating, Telecom, Mechanical and Civil Engineering.

2. Have knowledge and work experience in PLN or Project transmission/stringing/mini hydro/substation/manage service,  would be an advantage

3. Have good knowledge of telecommunication/electrical  engineering/construction

4. Sound management and finance experience preferably in a construction or telecommunications organization.

5. Have general operational management experience in a similar industry or organization.

6. Advanced skills and understanding of project management tools, accounting systemsand current MS Office products particularly Excel.

7.  Able to work as a team

8.  Willing to work hard and under pressure
