HR (Human Resources)

Responsibilities:

Managing all HR functions within VTC Online Indonesia office covering recruitment, policies and procedures, training & development, performance management, job descriptions, compensation and benefit including jamsostek as well as support Industrial relation activities. The incumbent is required to be updated and to determine and enforce government regulations and also take care of expatriate/foreign workers legal documents.

Qualifications:

1. Single;

2. Maximum age 30 years old;

3. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Psychology/Law/Human Resources Management;

4. Minimum 2 years working experience in Human Resources field;

5. Deep knowledge of government regulation;

6. Solid expertise in Human Resource area;

7. Able to operate computer and MS.Office applications;

8. Hard worker, honest, reliable, active and can work under pressure;

9. Fluent in English is a MUST, both oral and written.
